Curator Hotel & Resort Collection, a distinct collection of independent hotels and resorts, has officially announced the launch of six new member properties that will join its already-expansive portfolio.
According to certain reports, these new hotels build upon the company’s footprint across vibrant destinations across California, Florida, and Arizona.
Talk about the stated member properties on a slightly deeper level, we begin from 11 North, which is located along the Jacksonville Beach. More on the same would reveal how the property presents a luxurious, adults-only boutique hotel. 11 North, in essence, features seven thoughtfully-designed rooms, each featuring premium bedding, spa robes, Nespresso machines, and private balconies.
Not just that, the stated property also delivers at your disposal a refined and intimate coastal escape. Complementing this would be an assortment of amenities that include a snack lounge, complimentary Wi-Fi, and private parking.
Hence, no matter whether you want to surf, stroll the lively pier, or explore the area’s vibrant dining scene, 11 North emerges as an ideal candidate for a relaxing beach getaway.
Next up, we have Bellanca Hotel, a property located just a few steps away from Avalon Bay. Here, guests can come expecting ocean views from the rooftop terrace, or if not that, they can also unwind in the hotel’s standout accommodations, Bellanca’s Luxury Ocean View Suite features a dramatic oceanfront backdrop, separate living room, soaking tub, gas fireplace, and wet bar.
Beyond that, there is the Naughty Fox restaurant which serves up cheeky cocktails and fresh, seaside-inspired fare in a playful setting.
All in all, Bellanca Hotel offers one-of-a-kind experience where guests can let loose, relax, and enjoy the typical island life.
“We are excited to welcome 11 North, Bellanca Hotel, Heat Hotel, Tower23, Padre Hotel, and Rambler Motel to Curator,” said Jennifer Barnwell, President of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection. “Each of these independent properties brings a distinct personality and strong sense of place that perfectly aligns with Curator’s mission to celebrate individuality in hospitality. From the classic coastal sophistication of 11 North in Jacksonville Beach and the modern island charm of Bellanca Hotel on Catalina Island, to the striking lakefront design of Heat Hotel in Lake Havasu, these hotels reflect a dedication to memorable, localized guest experiences.”
Another property worth a mention relates to Curator’s Heat Hotel. Heat Hotel essentially conceives modern accommodations with private balconies and sweeping views. The hotel’s newly opened patio bar further provides you with a relaxed setting to enjoy craft cocktails, comfortable lounge seating, and more. If indoors, guests can hang out at a lobby lounge, which offers a cool retreat from the sun.
Heat Hotel brings guests close to local attractions, including hiking trails, water sports, golf courses, and hot air balloon excursions. In fact, thanks to its central location and inviting ambiance, the property presents a convenient base for exploration.
Then, we have the Tower23 Hotel, which will instantly become one of San Diego’s few luxury lifestyle hotels located directly on the beach. In essence, the property enjoys clean, modern design, and prime oceanfront setting in Pacific Beach. Beyond that, it provides top-notch accommodations, along with immediate access to the area’s vibrant boardwalk, local shops, and outdoor activities.
Markedly enough, the Tower23 Hotel even specializes in hosting personalized events, from beachfront celebrations to refined corporate gatherings.
The penultimate hotel on the list is Padre Hotel, which is located in Bakersfield, California. This property, at launch, offers you four room types i.e. 40 Winks, Double Deuce, Maverick, and Corner Pocket, or three suites: Head Honcho, The Farmer’s Daughter, and The Oil Baron, all of them featuring fresh design and high-end amenities.
As for the dining options, they include Brimstone, known for its elevated menu and extensive local brews and spirits; Prairie Fire, a rooftop lounge with live music and happy hours; and Farmacy Café, offering breakfast and local coffee.
Rounding up highlights would be the Rambler Motel. Located in Chula Vista, California, the stated property gives out a laid-back feel with retro flair and modern convenience. The same is evident its bid to offer a retro arcade, Rambler Coffee Shop, outdoor pool, and complimentary beach cruisers.
