Choice Hotels International, Inc., a leader in extended stay hotels, has officially announced the opening of three new Everhome Suites properties in Huntsville, Ala.; Chandler, Ariz.; and Temecula, Calif.
Taking the company’s total to 10 Everhome Suites across the country, each of these suites will provide users with modern, apartment-style accommodations, designed to meet the needs of today’s long-term travelers in high-growth markets.
Talk about the given proposition on a slightly deeper level, we begin from Everhome Suites Huntsville, which is located at 5581 Holmes Avenue. Positioned just off US-72, the property offers a total of 98 rooms, while simultaneously providing a convenient access to the University of Alabama in Huntsville, the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, and Huntsville Medical District.
Markedly enough, more popularly known as the “Rocket City,” Huntsville is also a thriving hub for aerospace, technology, and innovation, making it an ideal location for business and leisure travelers alike.

Next up, we have Everhome Suites Chandler, which is located at 3200 West Willis Road and has 114 rooms. In essence, the property offers travelers an inviting and functional environment and modern workspaces. It also provides seamless access of downtown Phoenix, propelling the suite to be an attractive choice for extended-stay guests.
Developed by ServiceStar Capital Management & Genesis Companies, designed by 101 Architecture, and built by PATH Construction, the suite’s attractiveness only gets better once you consider Chandler’s reputation of providing recreational parks, golf courses, and proximity to major businesses and technology hubs.
Then, there is Everhome Suites Temecula. This one located at 27165 Madison Ave, just off I-15, and has 117 rooms. In case you weren’t aware, Temecula is best known for its wineries, Old Town district, and entertainment options, including Pechanga Resort Casino. As for the property in question, it designed to provide a comfortable and productive stay for long-term travelers.
Complimenting this is its prime location which offers easy access to Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital and Mt. San Jacinto College.
