According to certain reports, Intelligent Guest Profile Services (IGPS) technology actually leverages the power of Agilysys guestsense.ai to provide a powerful, consistent, unified guest data search interface across all Agilysys hospitality applications.

For better understanding, Guestsense.ai’s contextual intelligence is well-equipped to prioritize results, beyond simple alphabetical sorting, and more accurately anticipate which guest a staff member is searching for based on characteristics such as “already in-house,” “upcoming reservation” or “recently checked out.”

The resulting data can easily accessed by staff and appears consistently across applications, a feat largely unachievable with disparate software and siloed data.

Such a mechanism, like you can guess, paves the way for more sophisticated use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning in predictive and prescriptive guest promotion, retention, and loyalty programs.

At launch, IGPS unified search is enabled for Agilysys PMS systems (Versa, Stay and LMS), as well as across Agilysys ancillary revenue-related systems, including Spa, Golf, Reserve Dining and Activities, Membership and Book4Time.
