Packing an Innovative Punch of Solutions to Scale Up the Hospitality Ceiling

BWH Hotels, a leading hospitality enterprise comprised of three hotel companies including WorldHotels™, Best Western® Hotels & Resorts and SureStay® Hotels, has officially concluded its latest convention, using the same to unveil a host of new innovations.

According to certain reports, the stated event was attended by more than 3,000 attendees, including BWH Hotels hoteliers, operators, and partners, all of them coming together to celebrate shared achievements and lay foundations for the near-term future.

Talk about the highlights of this event on a slightly deeper level, we begin from the company’s focus on enhancing the customer journey. This includes BWH’s new BestWestern.com website and mobile app experience, set to launch in 2026. From an operational standpoint, the said platform will deliver personalized recommendations, optimized content for emerging search engines, as well as localized experiences tailored as per travelers around the world.

Next up, BWH uncovered an assortment of tech-enabled efficiencies, including AutoClerk® Atlas, which happens to be its next-generation property management system powered by HotelKey. AutoClerk Atlas basically brings forth a world-class Property Management System which is scalable and intuitive.

Another detail worth a mention is rooted in BWH’s strategic partnerships. This translates to how BHW has confirmed an exclusive North American partnership with Tripadvisor® as a part of company’s ‘Chasing the Cup’ campaign. As a result, moving forward, travelers searching for games will be able find BWHR hotels near matches and along travel routes.

Almost like extension of that, the company has also signed 130 deals across its North American portfolio, with its Collections brands now representing over a quarter of all new developments. This builds upon Aiden®, the company’s leading boutique brand, introducing new projects underway in Kansas City, Toronto, Dallas, Newark, Vancouver, along with a newly signed hotel on the Washington State University campus in Pullman, WA.

Beyond that, BWH also took this opportunity to reveal its expanded footprint, which now features several new properties, including, the Van der Valk Plaza Beach Resort Bonaire, a Caribbean destination joining the WorldHotels™ Elite collection; and the integration of Soul Spring Sanctuary, a wellness-forward concept now part of the WorldHotels™ Luxury collection. In fact, going by the current run rate, WorldHotels expects to 250 properties by the end of 2026.

Hold on, we still have a couple of bits left to unpack, considering we haven’t yet touched upon how BWH Hotels signed over 300 international deals this year. For instance, in Saudi Arabia, it launched 11 new projects, whereas in Asia, it facilitated new openings across India, South Korea, and Vietnam. Latin America.

Rounding up highlights would be the BWH Hotels’ new Liability Insurance Program. Developed in partnership with Willis Towers Watson® and CNA®, the said program will effectively deliver hospitality industry’s first cost-effective, comprehensive liability coverage.

“This week, we made a bold declaration: we will be the most welcoming hospitality brand in the world,” said Larry Cuculic, President and CEO of BWH Hotels. “‘Welcome Begins Here’ is more than our convention theme; it is the new foundation for our global transformation. Across every hotel, our shared commitment is to deliver memorable, locally inspired experiences that make every guest feel at home.”
