Making a Concerted Effort to Unlock a Whole New Benchmark for Your Culinary Experience

Atlantis Paradise Island, the most iconic destination resort in the world and global leader in culinary tourism, has officially announced the expansion of its acclaimed dining portfolio.

According to certain reports, the stated expansion will bring forth vibrant new restaurants, exclusive pop-ups, and elevated culinary offerings to the mix, featuring two highly anticipated restaurants, a limited-time summer pop-up with an internationally recognized chef, and several enhanced beachside services.

More on that would reveal how the development in question builds upon Atlantis Paradise Island’s extensive collection of restaurants and diverse dining experiences. Not just that, it also taps into the expertise of company’s Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs, two components that Atlantis has more of than any other destination in its region,

Talk about what all the company will deliver under this runner, we begin from Claudio’s Bahamas, the sister-restaurant to the beloved Greenport, New York waterfront restaurant and bar,

Going by the available details, Claudio’s will offer guests indoor and outdoor seating, with sweeping panoramas of Atlantis’ famed Royal Towers, crystal blue waters, and white sand beaches. The restaurant’s nautical decor markedly features colorful sailboats suspended from the ceiling. Made of fiberglass, each sailboat is named after a Caribbean cocktail and molded from the original, award-winning wooden Bahamian Class E sailboat.

Claudio’s will also feature a family-friendly menu inclusive of fresh seafood and dockside charm, covering Cracked Lobster; Conch Fritters; Cracked Conch Sliders; and Tuna Tartare Nachos etc.

Next up, we have Cocodrilo. Cocodrilo is basically Atlantis’ new Cantina-style restaurant, located between The Coral and The Royal at the Lagoon Bar & Grill. This particular eatery conceives a lively atmosphere with beachy relaxation and coastal Mexican cuisine.

As for the menu, it includes dishes such as Avocado Salad with cotija cheese and cilantro dressing; Conch Ceviche; Blackened Shrimp Tostada with charred corn, cucumber, pickled chiles, and avocado; Tacos & Burritos Bowls with slow-cooked Barbacoa or Carnitas; Grilled Mahi-Mahi with corn salsa, roasted potatoes, and charred lemon. Alongside that, guests can go for Churro Sundaes with vanilla soft serve, cinnamon sugar, and churro crumble.

Turning our attention towards drinks, the restaurant will include Cantarito, featuring Teremana Reposado tequila, fresh grapefruit, orange, and lime juice, topped with Fever-Tree grapefruit soda and a Tajín rim; as well as the Komos Elderflower Spritz, made with Komos Añejo Cristalino tequila, St. Germain, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, topped with Prosecco.

Another detail worth a mention is rooted in Atlantis’ new dinner pop-up called Kò Sà-Wăn. Created by acclaimed Chef Ian Kittichai, the stated pop arrives on the scene featuring bold Bangkok flavors

For better understanding, Ian Kittichai is a global culinary star known for Issaya Siamese Club, and regular appearances on Iron Chef USA, MasterChef Thailand, and Hell’s Kitchen Thailand.

Leveraging that expertise, the chef has created a menu featuring Yum Sum O, pomelo salad with wok-sautéed shrimp, boiled egg, cashew nuts and spicy red chili dressing; aromatic soups such as Tom Kha Gai, Chicken coconut-galangal soup; Tom Kha Gai, chicken coconut-galangal soup; and Tom Yum Goong, spicy prawn and lemongrass soup; main courses like Hor Mok Pla Gao, fresh grouper steamed in a banana leaf with red chili and coconut milk.

Hold on, we are not done yet, considering we haven’t yet touched upob Atlantis’ Sunset Point outlet, a relaxed, outdoor dining destination at Harborside Resort, offering spectacular views of Nassau Harbor and the perfect spot to watch a beautiful Bahamian sunset.

The stated outlet features small plates with a contemporary, coastal flair, including Creamy Jerk Spiced Dip with jalapeños and vegetable chips; Island Watermelon Salad with red onion, balsamic dijon vinaigrette, feta cheese, and lime; Bahamian Snapper Skewers with a West Indian curry dressing and vegetable slaw; and a variety of handcrafted cocktails.

We also haven’t touched upon Edge Beach Reserve, which plans on offering exclusive access to a prime stretch of beach with breathtaking views of crystal-clear Caribbean waters and pristine white sands. Furthermore, guests can enjoy a dedicated beach lounge chaise with Bimini shade or a covered daybed for two, along with personalized beachside service from The Beach Bar.
